Worst customer service. Everything is chargeable. They force you to drink black tea. No tea powder sachet provided in cottages. No hot water at night. Bonfire was charged and no sevice provided there for management of woods. Better to take stay option at Pachmarhi main city

Nature Retreat. Excellent stay, beautifully decorated cottage. Courteous and helpful staff. Delicious food, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Amazing views. Enjoy beautiful sunrise and sunset and feel nature around with plenty of birds around over lush mango trees. Enjoyed very bit of our short stay. Definitely going back with full family.

Amazing resort to stay with family as well as with friends. Very friendly staff and helpful too. The ambience of the property is amazing 😍. Overall worth to hangout with family and friends.

Visited in May 2023 while it's hot around Pachmarhi in general. The property needs some maintenance in summers as it looks nothing extraordinary. The property is approx 30 km from Pachmarhi and one will need atleast 45 mins to reach from the property. Food is good and service is fine. The property is still under development for new rooms and will need makeover to make it look perfect. The budget is on higher side but can be negotiated based on demand and season. Overall a fine option if you are looking out for a resort property with swimming pool somewhere near to Pachmarhi but you should have your own vehicle for travel to site points.

The property is very beautiful and is located on the banks of denva River, the resorts staff was well mannered and helpful. For all our queries we were very well assisted by their manager Shashita parbeen. Definitely will plan a visit very soon.😊

It was clean, stylish, roomy where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and, Hotel staff was not cooperative, shahista was very cooperative and provided excellent service.
